What we do
We fly the flag for nature in Tenterden and beyond. Our dedicated team work hard to restore, monitor and protect precious habitats and species in the parish. We aim to inspire our whole community to cherish and take action to support local wildlife.

We believe that community involvement in local wildlife conservation is key to its success. It’s a vital thread woven through our approach and embedded in our projects. We create connections across the community and inspire and engage local people and organisations in the protection of our natural environment for future generations to enjoy.
Community volunteer members are the beating heart of Tenterden Wildlife.
Throughout the year, we embark on group activities involving surveying, planting, seeding and restoration. Our members maintain regular contact via our WhatsApp and Facebook groups, where we share opportunities and our love of wildlife.
